You made Sunday Brunch a tradition. We made it irresistible.
Executive Chef Mark Moran, one of America's Top Conferencing Chefs, has collaborated with the NorthPointe award winning culinary team to offer many of their most popular breakfast and lunch creations. Brunch features more than 30 unique selections served in a sunlit dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and on the adjacent patio which overlooks a scenic duck-filled pond every Sunday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
Guests may select from a spectacular array of culinary delights, including hand-carved prime rib of beef, marinated rotisserie chicken with Wild Turkey BBQ Sauce, trout ala Meuniere and Chef Moran’s signature NorthPointe Crab Cakes with saffron rice pilaf and steamed sugar snap peas. There is an action station featuring omelets and Belgian waffles cooked to order and a buffet filled with a variety of mouthwatering selections of fresh salads, steamed vegetables, fresh breads and pastries. Many guests suggest that the pecan and cinnamon sticky buns alone are worth a visit.
The dessert bar offers an array of spectacular cakes, pies, cobblers, cookies and fresh fruit. Beverages include a lemonade bar including blueberry lemonade and pomegranate with lime lemonade and an adult beverage menu features tasty Bloody Mary's, Bellini's, Screwdrivers, Champagne, beer and wine.
